We will meet at 8 AM at St. B's to load personal gear into the troop
trailer. Please only bring duffle bags as they are compressed to save room. Do
not bring electronics or useless gear.
Scouts/parents will need to provide transportation to camp. A map will be
provided. We all must be there between 12:30 and 1PM. Meet at the flag pole to
the left of the administration building. The troop may not check in until we are
all present. Parents should pick up their sons at 10 AM the following Saturday.
Plan to eat lunch on the road to camp. The first meal the camp provides is dinner.
Adults visitors, when arriving at camp, you must CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE, TURN IN YOUR
MEDICAL FORM, and pay for any meals that you intend to eat at the dining hall.

Please note: All merit badges and camp honors requirements are to be completed by noon on Friday. After dinner on Friday, Scouts will be asked to return to their campsite and prepare for their camp honors. |
